Beginning January 21st, 2008, McAfee will begin providing your online SafeBoot product and technical support. For telephone support, please continue to use the phone numbers listed on the Contact Information page to the left.
By now, you should have received a McAfee Gold Support welcome letter and a McAfee Grant letter. Your Grant number is required to gain access to the McAfee Downloads site and the interactive features on the McAfee ServicePortal.
The recent changes to your SafeBoot online support experience include:
- The FAQ KnowledgeBase portion of the SafeBoot Support site has been redirected to the McAfee KnowledgeBase.
- The SafeBoot Self-Service Portal has been redirected to the McAfee ServicePortal where you must register using your new McAfee Grant number. From here you can access McAfee online self-service features, as well as open Service Requests. Additionally, all current SafeBoot product documentation is now located on the McAfee ServicePortal.
- Product updates and patches are now available from the McAfee Downloads site located at: http://www.mcafee.com/us/enterprise/downloads/index.html
