24/7 Support — Your SafeBoot agreement includes complete maintenance support, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year.
Standard, Business-Hours Support — Your SafeBoot agreement includes maintenance and business-hours support. We provide all levels of support during normal business hours.
