Problem Report Form
As per the below notice, this page has now been removed from the SafeBoot Website in preference of the new Self-Service Portal. This Portal is the new method of allowing customers to electronic report, update and monitor their support cases. All other methods of reporting incidents, such as e-mail and phone are still available. SafeBoot customers can gain access to the Self-Service Portal by contacting their Account Manager.
Important Notice:
With the introduction of the new Self-Service Portal from SafeBoot Support on Monday 5 March 2007, this method of reporting problems will be discontinued. Customers will be able to report their support incidents via the new Portal. All other methods of reporting incidents, such as e-mail and phone, are still available. Should customers want to gain access to the new Self-Service Portal, they should contact their SafeBoot Account Manager.
